How Can I improve?:
Honestly, we cannot think of anything. In the unique Outer Banks real estate market, Rob helped us find our dream home. We told Rob what we were looking for, and he previewed the homes. He didn't waste our time with homes that didn't "fit" us. After owning a home in another state, we found out buying a home on the Outer Banks is a much different process. Rob was there every step of the way, looking out for our best interests. We would not hesitate to recommend him to our family and friends. We will be forever grateful to Rob, for helping us find our dream home!

Primary Objectives:
My objective was to find a home in the Outer Banks of NC and I met Rob last year in March, he was the best realitor and person that I have ever met, in fact Rob changed my overall opinion of realitors. As I spoke with Rob and asked questions some I knew the answers to but was just testing him, I became aware of just how smart this man was and how well he knew his buisness, I must say that I was very impressed with how quickly Rob got things done and when I asked for anything about the property he was right on it. Since then I have a new friend, and pal that I would highly recomend to anyone interested in buying any property. Trusting someone to do things right is very important to me, I wouldnt work with anyone else but Rob Petty for all my property needs. I would like to tell you a short story about Rob... I had just purchased my house in Manteo when my girlfriend went over and turn on the water heater to shampoo the carpet, after leaving the house the water heater started leaking severely and by the time I arrived that evening water was everywhere I called Rob to ask if he had a vaccum or a fan and explained my situation being a friday night and past 8:00 pm I thought he could not help but 20 mins later Rob showed up with a leaf blower, a fan, a vacuum, and lots of towels! I couldnt believe it! Rob had come to help me clean up the BIG mess and Rob stayed until we had it under control Hot water heater removed, and all by this time it was 12:30 at night. There are many words that descibe the conduct of Mr. Rob Petty Good samaritan, Generous, unselfish, pro-active. It is truly rare these days for someone to give the shirt off his back, but this is exactly what Rob did that Friday night He not only saved me costly repairs but graciously volunteered his own time and persoal property and for all that Rob and I will always be friends in a way that I could never repay as he did something for me that I just could not believe having a family at home leaving his dinner on the table and basiclly dropping everything to come help someone that he had only knew for a month, left a impression on me that I will never forget. Thank you Rob for that night and all you do for other's.

Our primary objective was to ensure that our home was not foreclosed. We had to move from the area due to employment opportunities & we could not afford a home in (2) different states. Yes, Mr. Rob Petty was extremely helpful to us. Mr. Petty and his staff ensured that all transactions were done in truly professional matter.

My primary objective was to sell the house at a fair & reasonable price as stated in my deceased Aunts will. The house was sold for a reasonable price and in a short amount of time.

Overall Experience:
Since this was my first time having to sell a house and having to put it on the market in such a short amount of time I think it went extemely well. You were easy to reach when I had questions and also explained the process very well. You made a stressful time very easy.

I just want to say that working with you, Rob, was a very pleasant experience while going through an exciting but nerve racking time on making a big decision to purchase a condo on my own. You made the journey that much more enjoyable.

I've been dealing with a realtor up here in NJ, trying to sell my mom's house and communication between us is just terrible. Any time that I have called you with concerns or questions you were right back in touch with me which made me so comfortable. As far as I'm concerned you went above and beyond what was expected of you. Not being from the area, you even helped me with utility companies, etc. Thank you for ALL of your help and guidance through this.
